Dedicated Supervision
PM activities throughout the project.
- We ensure a dedicated project PM with a specialized team for each area of focus
- We ensure centralized control for scheduling deliverables and monitoring the activities of all partners involved
- We oversee documentation related to tenders and Industry 4.0, compliance with safety regulations and compliance with customer technical specifications
- We schedule the project and monitor the various predefined Work Progress States, managing accounting according to supplier/customer agreements
