PERSONAL DATA:
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social (such as, by way of example, name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.).

NAVIGATION DATA:
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER:
The optional and voluntary sending of personal data (e.g. sending email messages to the addresses indicated on the website or filling in the data collection forms on the website) involves the acquisition and processing by the Data Controller of the voluntarily provided data by users as well as any other personal data included in the communication (such as name, surname, e-mail address, any CV).

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

Based on the legitimate interest of the owner pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR, the data will be processed for the following purposes:

a) With reference to navigation data, obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and check its correct functioning;

b) Upon user request, sending of the information/documents/services requested by the user by filling in the data collection forms;

c) At the request of the user, selection of personnel and evaluation of self-candidacies received via e-mail addresses available on the site.

The data processing will take place on the basis of the consent of the interested party pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter a) GDPR for the following purposes:

d) subject to consent, for direct marketing purposes, sending communications for newsletters, market research or other sample research and direct sales to receive – by automated means, e-mail, fax, SMS or other type of messages, as well as by telephone calls via operator and paper mail-informative material, for the detection of the degree of satisfaction, promotional, commercial and advertising material or inherent events and initiatives, by the Data Controller;


4. DATA RECIPIENTS

The personal data provided will be communicated to employees or collaborators of the owner who will process the data as subjects acting under the authority of the owner for the purposes listed above. The data provided may be disclosed to third parties including: IT suppliers; studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of data processing manager, or operate in total autonomy as separate data controllers. The list of Data Processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of the Data Controller and at the contacts listed above.


5. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY

The personal data provided will not be transferred to non-EU countries; in the event that this need arises, Nolecom-id Srl will be responsible for adopting all the necessary measures so that such processing is always carried out in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided by the Privacy Law.


6. DATA RETENTION

In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 lett. e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be kept in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. Data retention times depend on the purpose of the processing carried out:

a) purposes relating to technical navigation data for the correct functioning of the website: conservation only for the relative session, at the end of which the data is deleted;

b) purposes of responding to requests for information/services requested (12 months for requests for information/contacts; 10 years for any administrative/accounting/financial documentation relating to the supply of a good/service);

c) data collection for personnel selection (12 months);

d) marketing or promotional purposes in general: until consent is revoked/cancellation from the mailing list.


7. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL

With the exception of what is specified for navigation data which are necessary in order to allow navigation of the website, users are free to provide their personal data and their failure to provide it may make it impossible to obtain the requested information or services provided through this website.


8. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

You can assert your rights as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, against the Data Controller, at the following contacts: Tel. +39 030 5054474 – e-mail. privacy@nolecom-id.it In particular, you have the right, at any time, to obtain access to your personal data from the Data Controller and to request information relating to the processing, as well as to rectify, cancel your personal data or limit their processing. Furthermore, in the foreseen cases, you have the right to oppose, at any time, the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling), as well as to revoke the consent given without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before revoke. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out for these purposes, including profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.You have the right to the portability of your personal data and in this case the Data Controller will provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and readable format, by automatic device. In the event that you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by the owner occurs in violation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor, or to take the appropriate judicial offices.


9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

The owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The person concerned is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain an indication of the update date.
